Restricting features based on user groups allows you to control which users can access specific sections or functionalities within your event. Follow the steps below to set up feature restrictions for different user groups.

1: Go to People > User Groups

2: Click the pencil (Edit) icon on a user group

3: Open the "Roles & Permission" tab

4: Select which app screens/features this group can access

5: Click "Save" to apply the group's permissions

6: For per-feature control, go to Settings > Roles and Permission

7: Check the user groups allowed for each feature (unchecked groups lose access)

8: Click "Update Permissions" to save
