1: Go to Registration > Registration Forms

2: Click the pencil (Edit) icon on the form to customize

3: Open the "Form Builder" step

4: Edit any section or field via its Edit icon (Profile Details, GDPR & T&C are mandatory)

5: Add new fields/sections from the Form Components (contact fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, etc.)

6: Click "Save" to save your custom checkout form
