The HOST support team will support you throughout the event, whether by helping you set up the event or resolving any technical issues. The HOST support team will be available to ensure you have the best event experience.
🔔To contact HOST in case of issues with the event setup, please follow the steps below:
Access the HOST Admin Panel at https://app.hostlife.io/login and navigate to "Raise a Ticket" in the top-right corner.
Click on "Add" to provide feedback or to submit any queries you may have.
In case you have multiple events, you can add the query for all the events, or select the event in which you are facing the issue.
Choose the platform in which you are facing the issue, along with the subject, description, and attach any files if necessary.
