This innovative feature streamlines the process of adding large numbers of attendees to your event, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
Click on the Import button and a window will open where you can download the sample CSV/XLSX file or you can upload your own user data.

Import Users with Ease: Upload attendee lists in various formats (CSV, XLSX, etc.) directly into the HOST platform.

Intelligent Mapping: HOST's smart mapping tool automatically matches data points from your import file to the corresponding fields in your event registration form.

Note: First Name, Last Name and Email fields are mandatory inputs.
User Status, Category & GDPR Networking fields will be set with a default value if not filled with accurate information by the attendee.

Review and Refine: Easily review and adjust any suggested mappings to ensure complete data accuracy.
After the mapping is done, if errors are reflected in the rows,, you can either skip and continue to import or you can go back and edit the required fields with proper data.
Note: If the mandatory fields are incorrect, then you will not be allowed to import the user list.
