Start creating personalized ticket links, by entering a Link Name to help you identify this promo link later. Then, select the applicable Ticket Type from the dropdown list. Once a ticket is selected, you can also add a promo code if you want to apply a discount to that specific link. This link can be tied to one or multiple ticket types for easier access. If you want to track who shared the link or attribute registrations to specific affiliates, you can optionally enable the Affiliation Tracking toggle.
Once all the necessary details are filled in, a Generated URL will appear at the bottom—this is your custom promo link. Click Save to store it, or Copy the link to share it immediately. This feature is ideal for personalized promotions, partner tracking, and affiliate-driven campaigns.
Note: If the Enable Affiliation Tracking option is turned on, you will be required to enter an Affiliation Code.
Manage Your Promo Links: Edit, Share, or Remove Anytime
To manage your existing promo code links, use the available actions next to each link in the list. To edit a promo code link, click the Edit icon and update the details as needed.
To copy the link for sharing, simply use the Copy Link option. If you need to remove a promo code link, click the Delete icon to permanently delete it. These options make it easy to maintain and update your promo links as your event evolves.
